A large country estate (mansion) which is a National Historic Landmark and is still used for weddings, meetings, and private parties. It was built in 1793 in the Federal style, enlarged in 1882 in the Victorian style, and remodeled in 1917 in the Colonial Revival style. The 37-acre grounds feature gardens and historic greenhouses (open for casual or guided tours)
