It is now owned by the Nantucket Conservation Foundation. There are 1.5 miles of trails and it is popular with dog walkers. There is a nice view of the north shore from the bluff. The area is covered by Little Bluestem Grass, other grasses, wildflowers, heathland plants, and shrubs. There are no facilities here and no beach access. The Cliff Road bike path passes by here.
