Rate it yourself Reviews Rating: 2 2013-09-28 Website Administrator I was traveling Route 20 near Worcester when dinnertime rolled around, so I decided to get a steak at Chuck's Steak House. This restaurant is now combined with Margaritagrill, although they have separate dining rooms. I was hoping for a Porterhouse, but it wasn't on the menu, so I got a New York Strip Steak with baked sweet potato and the salad bar. My wife ordered the Pot Roast and the salad bar. My strip steak was supposed to be between medium-rare and medium but was very rare inside. I ate it anyways because I was afraid that if I complained then the next one would be overcooked. The meat was not nearly as tender as a NY strip should be. The sweet potato was not cooked enough. I've had better food at Texas Roadhouse. My wife's pot roast was served over mashed potatoes and onion rings. It was very good. The salad bar seemed poorly maintained. The beef chowder soup was good. To sum it up: the food was about average. However, all the next day my digestive system was sick. I'm sure it had to do with the food at Chuck's. Submit your own review |
