It is located right on the wharf with great views of the boats and the harbor. There is a large parking lot in front that charges ridiculously high prices to park. We parked a couple blocks away and walked. The night we came was very crowded so we had to wait a while for a table. Then they sat us in a hallway like area with wait staff constantly walking by our table. I asked to move to a table farther back. The clientele seems to be rich socialites and yuppies. I ordered the Seafood Dinner Special $28. My wife got the Shrimp Scampi $36. We split the Banana Cake $8 for dessert. My seafood was very good, but the portion disappointingly small, and as I recall, meals don't come with salad or much of anything else. I did not give The Mooring a high rating due to the overpriced food and small portions. The place is bit pretentious also. Submit your own review |
