At the time I went here it was called Osaki. I ordered the Hibachi Grill with Filet Mignon & Scallops. First let me state that this place lost two stars because of their lack of heat. I was freezing inside... 58 degrees to be exact (that's what they had their thermostat set at). Everyone, including me, had to wear their winter jackets to eat dinner. I even saw at least one girl wearing a hat. It was ridiculous. I and others complained about the heat, but it did no good. Apparently the hibachi grills require a vented hood which pulls the inside smoke and air out, therefore their heat literally goes through the roof, so I guess they felt it would be too expensive to keep the place at a normal temperature.

As to the food, it was actually good quality food, perhaps slightly better than what's served at Goten in Sunderland. I think I had to ask for the scallops to be cooked a little more. The hibachi chefs are entertaining and seem well trained. I would recommend this place in the warmer weather. In fact, if it had been warm inside, I would have given them four stars.

Last time I went here was the middle of winter and it was freezing inside. Now is the middle of summer, so guess what? It was rather warm inside, but bearable at least. Last time I thought the food was very good. Today I have to say that the food was excellent. My only warning is that they don't always cook the meat thoroughly. I ordered the beef medium, but it was medium-rare. That was fine for me, but my friend's wife got scallops that were not cooked enough. Other than that, the flavor and quality of the food was superb. The chef's show was good.

They have now started including the noodles for "free" with the cost of the hibachi dinners. They should, considering the high prices they charge. They charge $2.00 for each soda refill. I ordered mochi ice cream with two flavors. The waitress apparently misunderstood me and brought two orders of mochi. I decided to keep them both, so of course I had to pay for them. I gave one to my friends. I ordered mango and strawberry, but the waitress gave me vanilla and strawberry. I didn't realize it until I had already started eating it.

In conclusion, I give the place 4.5 stars for the food, no stars for the climate control, and 2 stars for attention to detail. Overall, it's a good restaurant, but be prepared to spend a lot because it's overpriced.
